The verb wil "to be, exist" has a special negative form:
You might think it should be ini–s–wil, but this is simplified to  insil.
The expression insil is used for "no" as an answer to yes/no questions.
You can make a negative verb into a "yes/no" question by adding he after it.
How would you make these verbs into questions that are negative?
skot ha ya "the arrow is broken"   the arrow is broken
iniskot he ha ya? "isn't the arrow broken?"
inilukumel ha aya "the trail is not straight"

inilukumel he ha aya? "isn't the trail straight?"

inituhuy he? "isn't it raining?"   it's raining
  siyaxtalaqway "they remember"
